How to Return:

  2. Print the prepaid label we send you.
  3. Box it up. Drop it off at the carrier.
  4. Refund: Once we get it, we process the refund within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
Need a different size? Order the new one now and return the old one. This way you don't wait for us to process the return before you get your new size. (We're smart like that).

Cost:
Return shipping is $7.99 (deducted from your refund) for US orders. Unless we sent you the wrong item or it's defective—then it's on us, 100%.
